Exactly as pictured. It came with a nozzle, a heater block, a throat, a heat sync, a brass guide, and a tube coupler. It all fits together right, and the nozzle tightens perfectly against the throat. I have every confidence it will perform better than I have any right to expect at this price point. It does not come with a thermistor or heater, you'll have to pick those up elsewhere.
